Leonard holds an Executive MBA from the University of California, San Diego’s Rady School of Management, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, along with certifications in Supply Chain Excellence and Innovation and Defense Innovation. As co-founder of It’s Re-Cy, he leverages his extensive experience and education to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and promote lasting environmental sustainability.
